This portrait of former Lake Oswego Mayor, Judie Hammerstad, was painted for The 2009 Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts Chronicle Invitational Show.  The show theme was The Spirit of Lake Oswego.  I included a few examples of projects

in which the mayor was responsible.
